Gorgeous but disappointing

I’ve only worn these shoes a handful of times and the vegan leather has torn and peeled in the creased areas of the shoe.

According to our records, the shoes you ordered from us that you describe in this review were ordered about seven years ago, so we have no way to find out if they were connected to any kind of quality issues from a shipment batch that should have been caught by our quality assurance team before being sent to a customer, as we've long since stopped working with that fulfillment partner. If this is incorrect please let us know so we can make sure our current quality check processes are working the way they need to be!

Unfortunately because it appears that it has been seven years since you ordered these, we can't offer a total replacement for the pair, but this is still not the experience we want you to have had! To that end, keep an eye on your inbox as we'll be sending you a gift card as an apology, since that kind of damage should only be showing up with extensive wear, even if you have had them for as many years as our records suggest.

These shoes look great and the leather last for a long time. Though you’d need to buy extra inserts since they’re not very comfortable to walk in. I wish they’d have more arch support.
